E1: 17: Causal Part not Updated on Parts Detail When Adding Supplier Recovery Detail (Doc ID 1639197.1)

Symptoms

When Supplier Recovery Details are entered after the Work Order Parts Detail (P17730) is created, the F31171 tag file will not get updated with the Causal Part field. This could cause the R1776 – Create Supplier Recovery Claim to run unsuccessfully. If the Supplier Recovery Details are created first and then the P17730 is entered, the parts detail will get the Causal Part updated and the R1776 will run successfully.
