Symptoms

Release Batch Hold (R42550) incorrectly releases hold codes when the Total Exposure exceeds the credit limit for a customer.  For example, interactive sales order entry via P4210 or P42101 evaluates the credit limit, hold code setup, and order amount. The order goes on C2 credit hold.  Review via Credit Check (P42050) shows the Total Exposure for the customer. The customer is over the credit limit therefore the C2 hold is valid.  Sign on as the C2 approver, run R42550 for the order.  Note the order has been released from credit hold.
