Symptoms
When attempting to open/create any ER Table I/O in P4210, form W4210A, the following error occurs:
jde.log shows:
Steps:
1. Open P4210 in FDA.
2. Edit Form W4210A.
3. Edit/Create ER Table I/O.
4. Error appears.
