Symptoms


- We noticed that if the services are not stopped every 3 weeks we have issues where users are sometime not able to login, the bssv logs have errors like 'The user session 1254248399 for user MOBHORC has timed-out for inbound operations', after restarting the service it works fine. How can we avoid this situation, could this issue arise due to many idle session that have not been logged out, if yes then how can we set all idle sessions to be logged off.
