E1: 17: Case Problem Description Not Defaulted from First Line of Media Object (Doc ID 1643904.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.1 version, Case Management P17500

Case Entry: On the Case Entry screen, we used to be able to have the first line from the text block automatically fill in the failure description field. This is no longer working. Processing values and the value listed to do this appear to be set as the correct value.

Have Processing Options in Case Entry set to default the Problem Description (ISSUE field), but on adding a case, the ISSUE field highlights in Error. Problem description is not defaulted from the first line of the media object Text. System throws error: Blanks Invalid (Error ID: 0003).

CAUSE: The data field being processed does not allow blanks or zeros to be entered.

RESOLUTION: Enter a non-blank or non-zero value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Named Versions of P90CG002, P90CG504 ADD, and P17500.
2. Set P90CG002 processing options to default Problem Description from the first line of the media object text.
3. From P17500, add a case using P90CG504. Enter the Text1 Media Object, leaving the Problem field blank.
4. Save the record, such as Save and Close or Save and Continue. System throws error - Blanks Invalid (Error ID 0003). This is incorrect.
