E1: 17: Form P17714/ W17714 Not Updating Field ASID in Table F4801T

On : 9.0 version, Service Mgmt. General P17714

An equipment self-service work order does not populate the asset serial number in F4801T as is done in a non-self-service order.  

The form P17714 W17714F, Self Service Order entry, does not update asset serial number field ASID in table F4801T.

When an order is generated from the application P17714 W17714F, the Equipment number is not updated in the ASID field in Table F4801T.

Expect that the equipment record values for ASID, asset serial number, will default into the service order generated for that asset.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Add an Equipment record populating the asset, unit, and serial number fields.
2.  Create Self Service named version of P17714.  
3.  Log in using customer address book number profile.  
4.  Add an equipment work order doc type WM, order type 1, using P48201 > P17714, setup for self service.  
5.  Review newly added service order and note that the asset serial number, F4801T.ASID, is not populated.  This is incorrect.    

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot locate service orders or equipment work orders by asset ASID serial numbers.
