An employee works in 2 companies, A and B, and earns over $200,000 in each company. Both companies share the same Federal TAX ID, are Common Paymaster and have different ADP Company Codes in the P078506. Having different ADP company codes creates 2 company records for the employee in the ADP Quarterly file. The system is deducting $200K from wages earned in both company records.
