Symptoms

An employee works in 2 companies, A and B, and earns over $200,000 in each company. Both companies share the same Federal TAX ID, are Common Paymaster
and have different ADP Company Codes in the P078506. Having different ADP company codes creates 2 company records for the employee in the ADP Quarterly
file.  The amount appearing in the HV Field Code, of the ADP Quarterly File, is incorrect when an employees’ Medicare Taxes are Under Withheld - The Medicare
Tax amount in Tax Type P History does not meet the required amount to be withheld at the .0145 rate.
