E1:BSSV How Can We Eliminate "SecurityServer Already Exists, No Override Allowed" Error Messages in BSSV E1root logs?

When running BSSV transactions in production environment getting "SecurityServer already exists" error messages in the e1root log that need to eliminate from the logs.
the following error occurs.
