E1: GRID: Advanced Query Tool's "Save As" Corrupts Query Currently in Use (Doc ID 1645377.1)

Last updated on MAY 30, 2017

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

If user change a pre-defined advanced query and then chooses to not save the changes, attempts to use the query within the same session will reflect the unsaved changes. If user exits the application and tries to use the advanced query again, the unsaved modifications will not show.

Expected Behavior:

If user starts to make changes to a query and then cancels the change without saving, the query should function as originally defined, regardless if within the same application session or not.
