When setting the lock flag on the Work order Activity rules (P4826) to a value of 6, (this is a valid value from the F1 helps) and then updating the work order where either the document type (DCTO) or the order type (TYPS) is changed on the order, the program is allowing the order to be changed even though the Lock flag of 6 should prevent this from happening. In World, using the Lock flag of 6 throws error 042V, Work order type changed not allowed.
