Symptoms

Next Numbers by Co/FY P0001 is dysfunctional in release 9.1 as noted in P44H601 Enter Bids and Bid Detail Revisions. No established next number is defaulted into the Bid Number field, when NN constants are established and directed to NN by Co/FY. If the bid number is inserted for a previously utilized bid number in another company and community, that number is represented in the P44H601 detail grid in direct conflict with the P44H601 header company and community requested.

As secondary issue associated with base bug 18268508; When utilizing P0002 NN by Co/Fy, if the bid number is inserted for a previously utilized bid number in another company and community, that number is represented in the P44H601 detail grid in direct conflict with the P44H601 header company and community requested.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

With P0002 NN by Co/FY setup for multiple companies:
1. Find a Bid Contract for another company (55000)bid number 6, and note the significant line items pre-established.
2. Enter P44H601 and add the same bid number (6) to a new company in the header.
3. Click OK, and enter the Bid Detail Revisions, noting the grid detail introduced every company and community that utilized bid number 6, in direct conflict with the header information.
