E1: iOS: Attachment Issues Caused by Keyboard When Using IPad Safari Browser (Doc ID 1645955.1)

On EnterpriseOne 9.1 with Tools, if a user is adding a new attachment two issues occur:

  1. If the user types a text of an attachment and then wants to put the cursor on another point of the text in order to add text or cancel text or insert new line, this is not possible unless they first hide the on-screen keyboard of the iPad (before putting the cursor in place).
  2. If the user tries to save an attachment with the ‘Save’ button and when the onscreen keyboard of the iPad is active, the attachment is not saved. Before saving the attachment the user must first hide the onscreen keyboard.

 This issue occurs in any version of iPad OS: iOS5, iOS6 or iOS7 and in any browser such as Safari or Chrome.
