E1: 45: 'No Price Found' Error for Configured Item with Mandatory Adjustment Due to no F4106 Record

When using a mandatory adjustment with a configured item and entering a sales order (via P4210) for the item, the system is returning two errors: No price found for mandatory adjustment, and DetermineSOMBFPricing process failed. Additionally, the Unit Price Field is highlighted red.
The Kit/Configurator Pricing Method is defined as '1' for the parent and the adjustment in question is defined as a Mandatory Adjustment in P4070. The error should not be occurring as Unit Prices do exist for the components.
