Symptoms
Canceled PO is still reflected as awaiting approval in P43081.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a PO with 3 line items.
2. Checked F4209, O and 2N record updated.
3. Cancelled the PO, noticed that the 2N record was not updated to 3N.
4. Due to this issue, orphan record in P43081 awaiting PO approval for canceled PO.
