E1: 12: P1204 Missing Paper Clips For Attachment (Doc ID 1664598.1)

Symptoms

When a user goes into the P1204 screen and clicks find they do not automatically see the paper clip to indicate that a record has an attachment associated with it.  Instead they are forced to to click the magnifying glass over the paper clip on the QBE line to see the paper clips.

The ability to see the paper clips automatically is part of the standard functionality in the P01012, and the P03B2002.  This functionality needs to be extended to the P1204 application.
