The issue is similar to the issue reported in Bug 18646517 however entered from a Cost By Work Center with a Unit Of Measure Conversion on the parent Item scenario. In this case 1 BX = 75 EA, Each being the Primary UOM and BX being the production UOM.
With Manufacturing Constants (P3009) setup to Cost By Work Center and Branch/Plant Constants (P41001) setup to Use Product Cost Detail; After doing completions with parent scrap using Completions P31114 or Super BackFlush P31123, then running the R31802A Manufacturing Accounting in final mode, the P31022 / F3102 Production Costs Variance Completed Amounts, Units, and Scrapped Amounts are written incorrectly. However the Scrapped Units are written correctly. The Completed and Scrapped Amounts are being multiplied by the UOM Conversion. This causes very large incorrect “OTHER” Variances when Variances Accounting R31804 is run.
