E1: UBE: UBE Logs Not Getting Saved on AS/400 Enterprise Server (Doc ID 1665670.1)

Symptoms

On iSeries enterprise server, upon submitting any UBE with logs and tracing on, the logs and debug logs are not getting generated in the expected "/E910SYS/PrintQueue" directory .The logs does show up in "//JDE910" folder when the UBE is in P( processing) state, however after the status of UBE is changed to D(Done) or E(Error), the logs do not get copied to the "/E910SYS/PrintQueue" as expected.

The server JDE.INI contains all the combinations correct for saving the log files:
