ADP TaxService Quarterly File (R078504) / ADP TaxService Quarterly File (R89078502)

The ADP Quarterly File cuts off one digit of the ZE, ZF, ZG, ZH records (any record that totals 18 digits) when that field falls as the last record of a line in the .qtrly file. The threshold for beginning a new line is 144 lens, but it needs to be 142 in case the next field code is 18 digits (ZG + 16 digits) because the line total cannot exceed 160.  In this case the total was 161 so the last digit was dropped.
