E1: FDA: Associated Description Reads "More Options" for Last Business View Field Added to Form

Adding business view fields to the grid or form header in FDA. During run or preview, the Column Title and Row Description read "More Options" as opposed to it's correct description.
Issue happens in several applications and with multiple form types. Issue happens with any data item from the business view even regular DD item. i.e. in FDA, click View -> Data Dictionary Browser, then add the data item to the form. After run or preview, going back to FDA, the description is now "More Options" in FDA.
Issue happens to all users but can be intermittent at times. All will function fine then it will begin again. No updates or changes are made to cause the change. Issue happens on several machines.
