E1: 37: No Error Message prompted When Record Not Updated Due To Duplicate UKID

Symptoms

During Test Entry, no error message was prompted when the F3711 was not updated due to duplicate key error in the UKID.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. checked F3711 Last UKID = 101
2. Checked P00022, P3711 UKID is also 101.
3. Goto P3711 to enter a test entry and click ok to save.
4. no error and auto exit screen. Note, the record was not saved.
