Symptoms

Currently when a Sales Order detail line(Type W) with a media object attachment is revised, it adds a duplicate attachment to the related Work Order each time any field in the Sales Order is revised. Work Order attachment should be added only when the related Sales Order attachment itself undergoes any change.
