E1: BSSV: Oracle.e1.bssv.JP010020.CustomerManager.getCustomer Does Not Retrieve Based On The ALKY Value (Doc ID 1670780.1)

Symptoms

Unable to retrieve Customer by ALKY.

When using the oracle.e1.bssv.JP010020.CustomerManager.getCustomer with the entity.entityLongID populated only (ie. no entity.entityid), the method returns with a GLN error.

There is a getCustomerV2 that was created that is specific to the GLN number. I belielve that changes were made to the internal Business Service that is causing a problem.

The code looks for a GLN number or an AN8 number. If there is no AN8 value, it ASSUMES that there must be a GLN number. This is an error in logic and needs to be addressed.
