E1: 43: Open Cursor for Cache Error when Generating for Backordered Items (Doc ID 1670905.1)

Symptoms

PO Generator / P43011

If a Date Invalid error is received when releasing a back ordered item for generation, after correcting the date, an Open Cursor for cache B4302180G4564122 failed (Error ID 078M) is issued and cannot be corrected.

Steps.

1. P4210 – Create a backorder sales order for item – order/requested date is in the past.
2. P43011 – Take Form exit to Reorder SO, On Work With Reordering for Sales Orders, find and select backordered item, take Row exit to Details.
3. P43011 - On the Select Item for Purchase details form, click OK/Save without changing the Date Requested. Receive Date Invalid error (Error ID 0917).
4. P43011 - Change the Date Requested field to resolve that error. Receive Open Cursor for cache B4302180G4564122 failed (Error ID 078M). Unable to resolve/correct this error.
