Symptoms
When a Table Conversion (TC) UBE (flat file to EnterpriseOne database) was run with "Clear Output" option against AS/400 database, the TC UBE fails because EnterpriseOne fails to delete records in the target tables when the table is empty. The issue only happens when the TC UBE run on Local. If the same TC UBE run without "Clear Output" option, the TC UBE run correctly. If the same TC UBE run against SQL database, the TC UBE run correctly.
