E1: 74L: Portuguese Certification Legal Document Signature Not Generated (Doc ID 1672285.1)

Portuguese Localisation are turned on in the User Profile per document E23360-02 Localizations for Portugal Implementation and all Portugal requred ESU's have been applied.

However, when the R42565 is run, the legal document UBE R74L3030 is submitted but neither produce a PDF.

Error messages encountered are:

'Record Invalid'
'Blanks Invalid'
'Signature Not Found'

 Details as follows:

1. The job R42565 completed with Errors in workcentre:
  ERROR: Fetch from table F7430010 failed.
  CAUSE: The record to be fetched from table F7430010 does not exist of you do
  not have authority to fetch records from this table.
  RESOLUTION: Verify that the record being fetched exists and that you have the
  proper authority. Check the JDE.log and JDEDEBUG.log for additional

2. Also, the legal document field K74LENU on F7430010 is being updated but the legal next numbering is not incremented.
Error ‘Signature Not Found’ is displayed in the work center. The next legal document cannot be generated as the previous document has not updated F743011 or F743012.

Process comes to a standstill.

  The error displayed in the work center is as follows:
  Tickler Date : 02/12/2014
  Subject : Error: Signature Not Found
  CAUSE: Legal Document cannot be printed as the signature could not be found
  in F743011.
  RESOLUTION: Please make sure signature is generated and then try again.
