Goal

Is there a way to monitor when the Scheduler server has stopped and when the job launcher has paused? You would like to setup an alert or monitor to know when these events occur for E1 Scheduler. Is there a flag in a table that can be queried for a value when the Scheduler server job launcher is paused?
