Symptoms

Reports that are submitted from Scheduler and printed via PrintImmediate are unable to print from desired printer tray even when the default tray is defined correctly in JDE Printer definition.

Due to this issue, users cannot print invoices using a paper tray that contains pre-printed headers. Therefore the printout from scheduler needs to be shredded and the copy is printed manually each time.
