Customer would like to use CafeOne for both embedded web pages as well as links to other EnterpriseOne forms and looking to know how to manage these effectively with a multi person support team.
Working with CafeOne, customer created a new Layout and then created content for the layout. The user that created the layout and content is able to view it. Users who are in the Role (CAFEROLE) that can create the layout can see the layout after it is shared, but not the content. Users with roles that are part of the publication list cannot see the content. When I copy the layout to *PUBLIC in P98950, user with CAFEROLE role they can now see the layout, but no content.
Also, if a version is added on the Setup in P952332, it does not seem to respect that. It seems to show the same layout for all versions. Is this correct? Should this be restricted to just the version specified?
