E1: 42S: Unable To Substitute Items In Sales Order (Mode3)

Symptoms

When creating a Sales Order (P4210) in Mode 3 - Customer Self Service, the Row Exit option for Substitution/ Complimentary Items is not visible. However, when user uses the Save & Exit option, exit the application & re-enter the application, they are able to view the Row Exit option for the Items displayed from the cache. They are then able use the Substitution/ Complimentary Items to replace the line item that was in the order.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Setup an item as Obsolete.
2. In Item Cross-Reference (P4104), setup a substitute item for the obsolete item.
3. In CSS portal/P4210, enter a sales order for the obsolete item. Note that in the Row exit menu, the Subst/Compl Items option is missing.
4. Choose "Save and exit", then go back to the P4210 application and enter another order for the obsolete item. This second time, the Row Exit > Subst/Compl Items option is now available in the menu, and the user can go to Substitute/complementary items form and select a substitute item for the obsolete item.

Expected Behaviour:

The Row exit Subst/Compl Items should always be visible for an obsolete item having substitute items defined in P4104.
