E1: 09: No "In Use" Error When Accessing A JE Batch That Is In Use (P0911) (Doc ID 1673273.1)

When a user attempts to access a journal entry that is being accessed by another user, when the second user tries to drill into a journal entry batch from the P0911 (Version ZJDE0001, Form W0911I) nothing happens. The journal entry detail is not retrieved and the user does not get an error message that explains why the detail was not retrieved.
The "In Use" error should appear when the detail is not retrieved because it is in use.
