You are running different EnterpriseOne versions: ERP 8.0, 8.11 SP1 and 9.0. The JDE database ID can be set with db_owner instead of sysadmin. All the versions of E1 are using SQL database. The sysadmin server role is being removed from the user profile JDE and you are assigning the db_owner role for JDE user to all JDE databases.
However, the same setup on E1 9.1 makes the JDE logon fail due to the following error:
19 May 2014 10:40:05,817 [SEVERE] - [JDBJ] SQLException occured in the SQLPhysicalConnection.select(): | Table or View Name = F986101 - Data Source = System - 910 com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: The prepared statement handle 1073741829 is not valid in this context. Please verify that current database, user default schema, and ANSI_NULLS and QUOTED_IDENTIFIER set options are not changed since the handle is prepared.
In EnterpriseOn 9.1, does the JDE database UserID, for example: JDE - require having the sysadmin role assigned?
