This document provides setup, configuration, reference and troubleshooting information related to Vertex Q Series tax software being used with the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications. In addition to providing easy access to knowledge documents, this "knowledge center" also provides step-by-step instructions useful for understanding how to complete the integration of Vertex Q Series with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, along with implementing corresponding features and functionality - from start to finish. This document is intended to be used by both technical and functional users, as the information provided will cover both configuration and testing details (integration), and functional aspects of relevant JD Edwards EnterpriseOne features and functionality (implementation).

Information provided on the "Overview" page is that which may prove to be immediately useful. More specific and logically grouped knowledge documents (Payroll Tax, Sales & Use Tax, technical, Bugs, etc.) will be provided via the "Reference & Resolve" tab. To be guided through the process of integration and implementation of the Vertex Q Series Tax software with your JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications, be sure to make use of the knowledge shared via the "Integrate & Implement" tab.

 

Please note that this document will provide information for the Vertex Q Series tax software that can be used with the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications. The Vertex O Series tax software will not be covered at any level.
