SWM or CAM Work Order Parts Detail - P17730, P13730, P90CD015

When a part is added to a SWM or CAM Parts Detail line, the system populates the transaction date field (alias TRDJ) with the work order's transaction date (TRDJ from F4801).

1. Add a part to a work order parts detail where the work order was created on a past date.
2. Check the TRDJ Date in the F3111 using databrowser or UTB.
3. Note the TRDJ in the F3111 came from the F4801 TRDJ instead of the system  date.

In order to be accurate and create a useful audit trail for work order activity, the TRDJ field in the F3111 should reflect the date that the part was added to the part list, not the header date.
