On :  9.1 version, HCM General

Client has requirement for vet status of "refusal to identify" where employee refuses to identify Veteran status. This is needed for OFCCP audit and tracking. Also, how can this be added to Vets reporting? Client cannot assume employee is not a vet if they refuse to identify, they must classify as such.
