E1: GRID: Watchlist cannot be Saved for a Language Profile User (Doc ID 1678726.1)

When user sign on as a non-domestic language profile and try to create a new watchlist in any application; click the "Save Watchlist As" button, there is no pop-up window showing and nothing happens.

When sign on as a domestic language user, it works correctly, and the "Enter New Watchlist Name" popup window appears correctly.

Steps to duplicate:

  1. Sign on as a language profile user, example, Traditional Chinese user.
  2. Run any application. e.g. P01012
  3. Click the Add, Edit Watchlist icon.
  4. Select a public query.
  5. Click the "Save Watchlist As" icon. But nothing happens.
