E1: 13: P48201 and P13700 Form Buttons are Missing (Doc ID 1679416.1)

Symptoms


In the Work Order Entry (P48201) and Planning Work Bench (P13700) programs, there used to be the following Form Buttons, just above the QBE lines and below the Grid Boxes.  For some reason the following buttons are no longer available in the P48201 and P13700 applications anymore:

For Example there were 5 form buttons available just above the P48201 and  P13700 QBE Lines. They were the WO Summary (P13RHS), Unscheduled PM (P13UM), EQ Backlog (P13220), Estimate to Actual P13AMT and Cat Code Analysis (P13CCA).

There were 4 more Form Buttons Located in both programs below the grid box that sre no longer available as well.  Where did these buttons go and what could have caused them to disappear?
