Symptoms
Upgraded E1 and BSSV (Business Services Server) to Tools Release to 9.1.4.5.
When invoking the BSSV via SoapUI, SoapUI receives a generic "Unknown exception" error response.
The following errors appear in the BSSV server's e1root log file.
Changes
The issue occurs after obtaining the fix for Bug 18787865 (Tools Release 9.1.4.5) / Bug 18120632 (Tools Release 9.2) STUCK THREADS IN JDE.
Customers who either have the fix for Bug 18787865 / Bug 18120632 through a POC or have upgraded to TR 9.1.4.5 / TR 9.1.4.6 would face the issue.
