On : 8.12 version, Engineer to Order P31P001.

ETO: Lot Number is not updated in part list when receiving a purchase order.

A project specific purchase order, created from a PRP message, pegged to a project production work order, is expected to commit the received inventory to the work order.

Expect P4312 OP receipt to update related ETO project work order parts list with receipt location and lot number.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a project with job cost turned on that contains a manufacturing task.
2) Attach Parts list.
3) Run PRP over the items on the manufacturing task.
7) Answer the OP message.
8) Select the WO on the ETO Workbench. Notice that no Related PO is shown in Related Order Form.

Note:  We see the related purchase order in the part list, but not in the related Orders Form in the P31P001 WBS.  However, when receiving the purchase order, the part list does not get updated with the lot number received.
P4312, blank location, populated lot number.  Review WO Parts list and note that the lot number is not populated. This is incorrect.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot peg the purchased lot to the project work order.
