E1: 08ES: Dependents that are Deceased or Ex-Spouses with End Dates are showing in Employee Self Service Benefit Enrollment (Doc ID 1683029.1)

Symptoms

When dependent is deceased and P08336 'Dependents/Beneficiaries By EE' is set with End Date for dependent plan(s) and in P08901 'Dependent/Beneficiary Entry' is set with the Date of Death the R085537 'Build Current Dependent/Beneficiary Work File' continues to pick up these records and during Employee Self Service for Benefit Enrollment the deceased dependent continue to show in Dependent List and Health & Welfare Enrollment.

This is also true for an ex-spouse where the P08336 'Dependents/Beneficiaries By EE' is set with End Date for dependent plan(s) and the relationship is set to 'X' (ex-spouse).
