Symptoms

When attempting to perform "View RD Source" from submitted jobs screen or from P95630, the following error appears on-screen:

E1root log has the below entries:

Issue happens in web client only and works fine on Windows/Fat client.

Changes

Tools release upgraded to 9.1.4.5 or 9.1.4.6. This issue is specific to these two tools releases only.
