Symptoms

On : 9.0 version, Procurement
Tools Release: 9.1.4.4
Program: P4310 (PO Entry)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a default branch plant is setup in the default locations and printers (P400951), the advanced query in the P4310 will not use a default branch of "*" and always reverts back to the default branch in the P400951.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup a default branch in the P400951.
2. Go to the P4310 and create an advanced query with the supplier = 4343 and the branch = *.
3. Execute the query. The default branch from the P400951 appears in the query instead of the * value.
