E1: 31A: R31802A Record Reservation Required When Completions (P31114) are being done to Rate Schedules via DSI Bar Code Machines or DSI Batch Processer at the Same Time as R31802A runs (Doc ID 1900476.1)

MFG Accounting R31802A is dropping IC Completions and not writing them to the F0911 for some Rate Schedules.  This happens when IC transactions / P31114 Completions are being done to Rate Schedules via DSI Bar Code guns or a DSI Batch Processer while the R31802A is running.

This happens even when all record locking / record reservation bugs are applied for Inventory Issues (P31113), Hours and Qty (P311221), Completions (P31114), Variance Accounting (R31804) and Work In Process (R31802A).  This can only be duplicated when using DSI for Shopfloor transactions, in this case Completions,  and only when doing high volume of transactions.  This causes integrity issues between the Cardex F4111 and G/L (F0911).

Requesting the enhancement of the R31802A Record Locking / Record Reservation functionality to give users the ability to perform large numbers of transactions through DSI processes while running the R31802A without causing Integrity issues between the Cardex F4111 and G/L F0911.
