E1: 17: Labor cost is not being Pulled in From Employee Labor Rate - R31422/R13800 (Doc ID 1900729.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 17, 2016

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Service Management - Version 8.10 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Manufacturing constants P3009 (Costing Options tab) are set up to have labor rate to come from the employee rate table, so while entering Service order labor using P311221, the user would like the rates to be fetched from the Employee rate table and then when user runs the R31422 update the user would like the entries be created by multiplying actual hours and rate defined in employee rate table. Is this how it works?
