ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running MRP with lots, safety stock, and demand, the lot expiry shows a value even when the entire lot has been consumed.   When using both processing options 1. Include Lot Expiration Dates and 2. Safety Stock Decrease, the LEXP value should correctly reflect the balance between the On Hand (OH) stock, safety stock, and unconsumed lots with expiration dates so to avoid incorrect over planning.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that the expired lot quantity to not be included in planning calculations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup fresh planning data for lot or lot optional item.
2. Confirm that have empty lot locations, lot qty on hand but not available due to expiry dates.
3. Run MRP using processing options, on hand data tab, with lot expiry and safety stock calculations enabled.
4. Review P3413 Time Series for planning calculations and review P3411 Messages. The expired lot shows in planning calculations. This is incorrect.
