E1: WAS: F5 Load Balancer is Not Reaching to all JAS Instances Configured on Different Web Server Machines (Doc ID 1903293.1)

Configured the load balancing using F5 as per the instructions from <Document 1291441.1> - Configuring JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Servers on IBM WebSphere Application Server with F5 BIG-IP.

Configuration details:

 The issue is that E1 web client sessions only reach two of the four available JAS instances. One on the first server and one on the second server, always the same two instances and the other two instances are never reached.
