EDI Inbound Shipping Notice Edit/Create (R47031)
Tools Release 9.1

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EDI Inbound Shipping Notice Edit/Create (R47031) is not updating the Purchasing Ledger Table (F43199) even though the Order Activity Rules Ledger (Y/N) field is set to Y on the line 375 ASN Received 400 and the order line status does get updated to 375/400 after running the job. The ASN (R47031) Update Tab Processing Option #3 is set to 1 to Update the Order Status Only and not kick off the EDI Inbound Receiving Advice (R47071).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the Order Activity Rules Ledger (Y/N) field is set to Y on the line 375 ASN Received 400 and the EDI Inbound Shipping Notice Edit/Create (R47031) correctly advances the status to 375/400, the Purchasing Ledger (F43199) record should be written.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Activity Rules Ledger (Y/N) field is set to Y on the line 375 ASN Received 400
2. Create a Purchase Order for an EDI Supplier and Advance the status to 282/375
3. Create a Version of Shipping Notice Edit/Create (R47031) with Update Tab Processing Option #3 is set to 1 to Update the Order Status Only and not kick off the EDI Inbound Receiving Advice (R47071). Option #2 (Override Status) is set to Blank, to use the Order Activity Rules to Advance the Status.
4. Run EDI Inbound Shipping Notice Edit/Create (R47031).
5. Check the Purchase Order and notice the order line status does get updated to 375/400 after running the job.
6. Check the Purchasing Ledger (P43041) and notice there was no record added to indicate the ASN was received.
