Currently, when a configuration changes, any related Work Orders, Purchase Orders or Transfer Orders generated from P3293 Assembly Inclusion Rules (Transaction Type 0, 4 and 2 respectively) are either updated or cancelled. There is no audit trail in the F3201 or F3215 and these tables get rewritten using the same CFGID at time of reconfiguration. The knock-on effect of this is that all details of these removed or changed orders are lost. This causes major issues with downstream processing as it is then impossible to track which configuration these cancelled orders relate to.
