When the Contract Master (P5201)is accessed and the save button is selected, if no NTE (Not to Exceed) is set at the contract level the CTF2 flag is set to blank and NTE for the individual billing lines does not process correctly. If a user goes into that contract with Contract Master Revisions and saves the CTF2 flag will no longer = 1. This causes a problem when the user puts cost onto the billing line up to and exceeding the schedule of values the system will continue to revenue the cost over the SCOF when CTF2=blank, if CTF2=1 then it stops revenue at the SCOF
