Symptoms

Auto Fulfillment (R4277701)

Auto Fulfillment (R4277701) is processing order lines out of sequence. Higher order numbers are getting processed before lower order numbers, even though all orders have the same order score and customer priority.

If the order score and customer priority are not different, the orders should be processed in ascending order number sequence which would place older orders before newer orders.

The issue has been be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Run Auto Fulfillment over a large batch of orders
  2. View the PDF output
  3. Notice that orders with higher numbers appear earlier in the report than orders with lower numbers.
